"Empowered Beginnings"– Chosen Women Empower’s Doula Program

At Chosen Women Empower, we believe every mother deserves a strong support system during
pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Empowered Beginnings provides free doula services to
mothers in need, ensuring they receive compassionate, knowledgeable, and empowering care
throughout their journey into motherhood.

Our trained doulas offer:

• Emotional and physical support before, during, and after birth​​

• Education on childbirth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care

• Advocacy to help mothers make informed choices for themselves and their babies

• A nurturing, judgment-free space for every birthing experience
