Chosen Beginnings

Our maternal and infant health program supports mothers in Bastrop County from pregnancy through 12 months postpartum. Participants receive no-cost doula and Community Health Worker support, education, advocacy, transportation assistance, grocery support, prenatal resources, high-risk monitoring tools, telehealth connections, and referrals for additional services. With bilingual support now available, we are also better positioned to serve Spanish-speaking mothers and families throughout the county.

Restore & Rise

Restore & Rise expands access to mental health and emotional wellness support for women. Through individual counseling, group experiences, workshops, trauma-informed programming, and community-based support, women are given trusted spaces to heal, process, reconnect, and strengthen their emotional well-being.

BREATHE

BREATHE is an intentional restorative experience designed to give women permission to step away from the demands of everyday life and focus on themselves. Through guided reflection, conversation, wellness activities, and meaningful connection, participants are encouraged to rest, reset, and return to their lives with greater clarity and renewed strength.

HERfluence Initiative

HERfluence is CWE’s workforce and economic empowerment initiative. Through practical skills training, career development, resume support, job navigation, interview preparation, professional development, and hands-on learning opportunities such as our Microsoft Office Skills Series, women are equipped with tools that can strengthen confidence, employability, advancement, and long-term economic mobility.

UnlockED Summer Institute

UnlockED is our intensive dyslexia and education-gap enrichment program for elementary-aged scholars. The program combines structured literacy, DIBELS 8th Edition assessments, IXL mathematics, STEM enrichment, leadership development through the House System, and sports development. Small-group instruction and individualized support help scholars strengthen reading, mathematics, confidence, resilience, and academic readiness.

CWE Connect Sister Circles

CWE Connect creates intentional spaces where women can build meaningful relationships, receive encouragement, participate in personal-development conversations, and strengthen their sense of community. Experiences such as The BecomingHER Exchange bring women together across generations and industries for authentic exchanges of wisdom, resources, relationships, and opportunity.

Aesthetic Glam Girl Prom Program

Through our annual prom initiative, CWE helps graduating seniors experience prom with confidence and dignity. The program provides access to attire, beauty support, and other resources that help remove financial barriers while allowing young women to celebrate this important milestone.

Sisters Night Out

Sisters Night Out is CWE’s signature women’s conference experience, bringing women together for worship, empowerment, sisterhood, personal development, leadership conversations, and purpose-centered programming. The conference creates a vibrant space for women to be poured into while building relationships that extend beyond the event itself.

Community Resource Navigation & Support

Across our programs, CWE also helps women and families navigate practical needs such as transportation, food insecurity, healthcare access, insurance and Medicaid navigation, career resources, education support, and connections to trusted community partners. We believe empowerment must address both aspiration and the real-life barriers that can prevent individuals and families from moving forward.
